SUMMARY:2024 Annual Meeting and ACTEC 75th Anniversary
DESCRIPTION:Greetings Fellows\, Guests\, and Sponsors!  \n\n\n\nWe look forward to seeing you at the 2024 Annual Meeting and the 75th Anniversary of ACTEC.  \n\n\n\nRegistration for the 2024 Annual Meeting is now closed\, and will reopen at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge on March 6 at 12:00pm.  \n\n\n\nThe Professional Program will begin on Thursday\, March 7 at 8:00am in Grand Canyon 1-7. Meeting materials have been emailed to all registered Fellows. If you are registered and did not receive an email\, please contact frontdesk@actec.org for assistance.  \n\n\n\nA photo lounge has been made available for Fellows interested in updating their headshots from Thursday to Saturday\, located in the Grand Saguaro Prefunction from 8:30am-3:30pm. There is no fee or reservations required.  \n\n\n\nThe special presentation for the 75th Anniversary will take place on Friday\, March 8 at 10:15am. Materials for the presentation can be found on associated page in the schedule.  \n\n\n\nThe 75th Anniversary Farewell Dinner and Dance will be Saturday evening\, March 9\, and is black-tie optional.  \n\n\n\nTour check-in is at the ACTEC Registration Desk 15 minutes prior to tour start time\, unless otherwise noted. Participants who have not checked in 5 minutes prior to the tour departure time may forfeit their seat to waitlisted attendees.  \n\n\n\nThe hotel has created a cocktail list for the 75th Anniversary\, available from March 7-9 at the hotel bar Twenty6. Remy Martin will also be there on March 8 at 3:30pm offering a complimentary cognac tasting.
